Infinix NOTE 12 Pro 5G Review – With Decent OLED display and 5G-ready processor
The NOTE 12 Pro 5G shares the same design and dimensions as its non-Pro 4G partner. If you will place the two phones side by side and the only visual difference you are going to see is the 108MP mark on the Pro 5G’s camera module plus the 5G mark below. You also get the same wavy finish on the Pro 5G, along with flat sides to keep the phone visually sleek. As the Pro and non-Pro versions are pretty much identical, the layout of the buttons and ports remain the same. You will also get a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, a USB-C port, as well as a headphone jack.
As with the non-Pro version, you will get a 6.7-inch AMOLED display on the NOTE 12 Pro 5G. Since it’s the same panel, it is very refreshing to see Infinix bringing AMOLED screens to cheaper phones, even if there are a few throwbacks, like the outdated notch, which is limited to Widevine L3, and the panel isn’t as bright as other AMOLED screens. Despite these drawbacks, we selected an AMOLED over IPS panel on a phone every day because the vibrant colors and deep blacks really make consuming content an enjoyable experience. If you will combine that with a good sounding stereo speakers and the NOTE 12 Pro 5G is awesome choice for entertainment.
Infinix NOTE 12 Pro 5G has got 108MP main camera with PDAF and 2MP with the depth sensor. It has got a 16MP selfie camera for taking some breathtaking selfies. This phone is capable of video recording at 2K (1440p) resolution. It has got 5000mAh battery and supports 33w charging. It runs on Android 12.
